Jennifer or a senior PM visits the property. We measure, photograph, listen, and leave you with a verbal budget range. This visit is free and there’s no obligation.
If we both want to proceed, you sign a small pre-construction agreement that funds engineering, drawings, permitting research, and a fully-itemized written estimate. Typically 1–4 weeks.
Final scope, schedule, allowances, and payment milestones written into a fixed-fee or guaranteed-maximum-price contract. We mobilize within 2–4 weeks of contract signing.
Weekly written progress updates with photos. Every change order in writing before work begins. Daily site clean-up. Project manager available by phone any time the crew is on-site.
Detailed punch-list walkthrough with you. Final clean. 30-day, 6-month, and 11-month warranty check-ins. Ten-year workmanship warranty in writing — transferable at resale.

Great construction is mostly logistics. We use industry-standard project management software (Buildertrend) to give every client a private project portal with real-time schedule, daily logs, photos, change orders, selections, and payment status.
