We learn about your home, your wish list, your timing and your realistic budget range. If we're not the right fit we'll tell you and point you to someone who is.

On-site visit (free)
We come to you. Measurements, photos, a candid feasibility conversation and same-week follow-up.

Estimate & scope (5–7 days)
A written, line-item estimate — not a single lump sum — broken into allowances, fixed costs and contingencies you can read.

Design & permits (2–8 weeks)
Architectural drawings, structural engineering and city submittals. We pull the permits; you stay informed.

Pre-construction meeting
Selections finalized, materials ordered, schedule locked. You meet your project manager and lead carpenter.

Build phase
Weekly on-site walkthroughs. Daily field photos shared to your project portal. Dedicated PM responds within 4 business hours.

Punch list & walkthrough
We walk every detail with you. Nothing is 'done' until you agree it is.
08
Warranty & 12-month check-in
Two-year workmanship warranty plus a no-cost 12-month visit to catch anything that needs adjustment.
